When ordering online you may pay by any major credit or debit card. We are not obliged to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.

DELIVERY

Dispatched on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday,. Orders must be in before 3pm on the day of dispatch. Minimum spend for free delivery €15.00.

Delivery costs - €5.00 on orders under €15.00

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Non loose food goods may be returned within 14 days from the day they are received providing they are unopened and unused, we will be happy to refund the full cost of the products, excluding delivery costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

If there you are unsatisfied with a product or there is some other defect with your order you may return it to us within 14 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We cannot refund loose food items unless there is a genuine problem with them due to health and safety reasons.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If you have not received the goods within 72 hours of placing your order please contact us by telephone or email us info@terrylandfruitandveg.com If the goods are damaged when you receive them please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by telephone or email us info@terrylandfruitandveg.com
